Orders
On receipt of your order we will pass
it to our sales department and you will receive a confirmation
on receipt of your order.
After trade terms and conditioned are settled, you will received
a confirmation of your
order and we will issue your order number. |

Lead Time
once we confirm an order, we normally takes about 6-8 weeks
to ship the goods,
however, if the good are available in stock the shipment
can be arranged within a week. |

Out of Stock Items
Items which are found to be out of stock will be informed and
expected shipment date
will be given accordingly. |

Returns
Technicare products are guaranteed to be of superior quality
and fit for the purpose we recommend for their use. Our products
are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, and company accepts
no responsibility for broken or bent parts, misuse or wear and
tear. The company does not offer goods
on sale or return. Goods will not be accepted for exchange or
credit unless
prior arrangement has been authorized. |

Packaging
Normally products in bulk are packed in polyethylene bags,
however, we arrange
packaging in different styles on customers demand, which are
extra charged as per the packaging style. |

Prices
Our normal prices are in US Dollars,
Pound Sterling and Euro. However, we do offer
prices in other major currencies, and these will be converted to
your required currency against the latest existing conversion
rate. |

Shipping Charges
Our existing prices are on FOB basis,
if you wish to have prices including
freight charges, Please ask for C&F prices , which are based on
quantities
and volume of the orders. |

Advance by Bank Draft or T.T through

and Sight Draft (C.A.D) Cash Against
